Push Open and Soft Closing Undermount Slide 1A88/1A88F/1B88/1B88F

1.	‧Cabinet evaluation check: Ensure that the difference for the cabinet internal width and drawer internal width is within the tolerance of 42mm-43mm. ‧Ensure that the difference for the cabinet internal width and drawer internal width is within the tolerance of 49mm for the 1B88/1B88F * Cabinet internal width of 500mm with the corresponding drawer inner width of 457-458mm. * 1B88/1B88F: cabinet internal width of 500mm with the corresponding drawer inner width of 451mm.
2.	Cabinet internal width should be consistent.
3.	The mid rail must not be curved.
4.	The drawer must be in a perfect rectangular shape.
5.	The drawer sub front must set tight against drawer front panel. * Inconsistency of the cabinet internal width will cause negative effects on the push open function. * Inaccurate drawer front installations will also result in negative effects to the push open function.

【Drawer Installation Guide】

(1) Make cut-outs on the drawer according to Fig. 3A and Fig. 3B's dimension, then install the front release lever according to Fig. 3A.
(2) Pull out the slides on the cabinet
(3) Push the drawer all the way into the cabinet as shown in Fig. 4C until clicked to complete the installation.

(4) Draw base line and prepare drawer rear positional hole drilling .
* It is not recommended to drill the drawer rear positioning hole on the top of the slide, as the wooden residual may stuck on the grease and therefore affect the cabinet's functionality.

(5) Ensure the pair of slides is installed on level and symmetrical on both sides.
(6) Insert the drawer until locking device clicks.

* After inserting the drawer onto the slides, check if the slides need to be adjusted. Then the drawer front can be installed.

【Guidance of Fine Adjustments】

The adjustments are designed to fine-tune the slide functions. If the issues still persist after the adjustments, please reset to default setting and ensure each installation dimension is in accordance with the specification.

【Post-installation Examination】

(1) The cabinet and drawer must be in perfect rectangular shape. Ensure that they are not in diamond or trapezoid shape.
(2) Ensure the side space, depth on both sides are consistent.
(3) Ensure the installation position of slides and the cabinet body are flat and level.
(4) Ensure the front release levers are installed correctly.
(5) Ensure the drawer dimensions, rear notch locking holes, internal drawer width, and the drawer bottom recess are correct.

3.	Drawer must be in perfect rectangular shape

(4) Draw base line and prepare drawer rear positional hole drilling

【Drawer Installation Guide】

【Guidance of Fine Adjustments】

Tool-less Height Adjustment : Simply rotate the wheel at the front bottom of the drawer to adjust the drawer height.
